Boles Children's Home provides daily care for residents; including shelter, food, clothing, medical care, supervision, and education. A continuum of care is offered, according to need for supervision and structure.

The campus programs offer basic and moderate child care services however, Boles Children's Home remains true to its identity and heritage - being a home for children. This includes an atmosphere of warmth and stability with opportunity for long-term relationships, a sense of belonging in a family setting, and within a larger community. Graduates can expect aftercare services: a long-term commitment from staff who can continue to assist them in college or vocational training and continue meaningful relationships far into adulthood.

A professionally-trained staff, carefully selected for their competence and commitment, utilize cutting-edge technical skills and training to provide leadership of the teamwork mobilized to provide care to the children and families. Boles' philosophy is based on a synthesis of principles adapted from professional social work, from thoroughly-researched cognitive-behavioral skill-based intervention

methods, from systems theory developed by marriage and family therapists, and from strength-based adventure learning models of growth.
