Our ministry statement is:
Radical Lives, Radical Encounter, Radical Change, and Radical Living

RADICAL LIVES
The kids and families of Boles Children's Home have had radical lives. Helpless, hopeless and even worthless are some of the scars that have been left from the lives that they have had to live. Satan has not only been after these kids and families physically, and emotionally but also spiritually trying to destroy their belief in God.

RADICAL ENCOUNTER
Boles Children's Home’s ministry is to focus on allowing the radical lives to have an encounter with Christ. Every employee sees themselves as a part of that encounter. We are called to be Imitators of God Ephesians 5:1 Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. In all of our interaction with the kids and families in whatever activity we are doing we are showing them who God is and what Jesus did for all of us.

RADICAL CHANGE
• Ephesians 5:8 -For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of Light.
1 Peter 1:3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
Psalms 121:2 My help comes from the Lord , who made heaven and earth.

RADICAL LIVING
Ephesians 5:8 -For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of Light.

The ministry of Boles Children's Home desires that our kids and families will be able to leave here and be a light to this world having experienced God while they were here.

More on the Radical Encounter ...

The radical encounter takes place by building a relationship with God and God’s family through quarterly retreats, monthly campus wide devotionals and weekly bible studies. We plug our kids into youth groups at local congregations allowing them to grow in relationship with other Christians. Boles Children's Home is a part of the North East Texas Summer Youth Series which allows our kids to go to summer camps with 10 other youth groups and monthly youth rallies during the summer.

Summer Experience is our summer program designed to continue the growth in our residents during the summer time. Each week consists of time being outside playing field games such as kickball, gym time playing basketball and volleyball to inside games such as pool, ping pong and board games. We have guy and girl separate time to focus on activities and devotionals that are directed to each group individually. We also go swimming twice a week. We have life skills training during the week helping our kids in a variety of needed skills from cooking to changing a flat tire on a car.

Every Tuesday our houseparents and all of Boles
Staff come together for a time of prayer & devotion.
