As a resident prepares to leave Boles Children's Home, staff will assist the resident in preparing for an orderly dismissal, developing expectations and plans for aftercare services.
Services Provided:
•Exploring appropriate living arrangements
•Making use of community resources
•Obtaining needed documents necessary to function as an adult
•Obtaining financial aid for college or vocational training
•Providing continued communication by aftercare staff (phone calls, letters, e-mail, etc.) as long as needed
